We will reply with an estimate of processing fees, plate costs, number of sheets, shipping costs, etc., and a delivery date.

If you need a test sample, please pay the test fee and shipping cost.

Half of the product price may be paid in advance by bank transfer depending on the production volume and process.

Cancellation of custom-made orders

Please understand that we will charge a cancellation fee for cancellations after the start of testing and production of products ordered on a made-to-order basis.

■After paper making/processing starts → 50% of the product price
After completion→80% of the product price
After delivery→ 80% of the product price with return postage at the customer’s expense, plus various fees for payment.
