Q. What about shipping?

A.
Paper products come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Smaller items will be shipped using a courier service, while larger items will be palletized or otherwise shipped by freight service.
We will inform you of the expected shipping date (delivery date) in advance, but if the delivery date changes, we will be sure to let you know.

In some cases, we can also ship overseas, but we ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) of the Japan Postal Service (please note that we cannot send to areas where EMS is not available). (Please note that we cannot send to areas where EMS is not available.)
Please note that we can only accept bank transfer (prepayment) as payment for international shipments.

Q.What if I don’t like the product?

Q.What about cancellations of custom-made orders?

A.
(1) Cancellation of a custom-made product after the paper-making and processing (dyeing, cutting, etc.) processes have begun will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated product price.
(2) Cancellation after completion of the product but before shipment will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the product price.
(3) For cancellations after shipment, we will deduct “80% of the product price + shipping costs + various fees for payment collection” from the amount after payment and refund it by wire transfer or registered cash envelope.
(4) Plate, mold, and test fees are actual costs and will not be returned once completed.
(5) If you have made a deposit in advance, either in full or in half, we will offset it according to the above rules and may refund any remaining balance or ask you to make an additional deposit.
